F.P.E. - Screw Conveyors

F.P.E. Screw Conveyors are available in 3 standard diameters, 240 mm, 350 mm and 470 mm. The Screw Conveyors are manufactured from high quality stainless steel and designed to meet the latest hygienic standards demanded by the food industry. All products are USDA and CE approved.

F.P.E. Screw Conveyors are designed to handle almost any product and applications within the meat industry; from whole pork or beef muscle to 3mm ground meat. The screw has the ability to lift fresh meat up to a height of 6 meters in a gentle and non-smearing manner and without damage.

F.P.E. Screw Conveyors are suitable for many applications and configurations and can be mounted on wheels for mobile applications or for fixed installations. Additionally the can be used horizontal, inclined or vertical and also supplied with adjustable inclination and adjustable horizontal height. There are many optional layouts for special feed hoppers, discharge nozzles and swivel nozzles to suit the customer’s specification.

F.P.E. Screw Conveyors are designed to transport almost any material from individual processing machinery. Conveyors can be supplied as a single mobile unit or as a more complex conveying system with many Screw Conveyors.
